About the Solutions Engineer Position

We are seeking to hire our first Solutions Engineer to join the Stairwell team. This person will serve as the main technical point of contact to our customers. We are seeking someone who enjoys leveraging innovative security solutions, and providing a great experience to our customers. To be successful in the role, the ideal person will need to be a self starter and possesses excellent technical problem solving skills.

Solutions Engineer Responsibilities

    • Serve as primary technical contact for our prospects and customers Present and demo our technical value to prospects and onboard new customers to the Stairwell platform,
    • Deep engagement with product teams providing near real time customer feedback
    • Create knowledge base content to capture new learning for reuse throughout the company and user base
    • Participate in technical communications within the team to share best practices and learn about new technologies and complimentary security applications
    • Map identified customer business requirements to workable solution architectures

    Solutions Engineer Qualifications

      • Stairwell doesn't believe a college degree is a requirement for any role. We embrace all people, who are able to perform at the highest levels of their field, regardless of how they obtained their education.
      • 5+ years of experience in sales engineering at Security or SaaS companies
      • Broad product and solution knowledge of market trends in the cybersecurity industry
      • Exceptionally Strong Demo and wide audience presentation skills
      • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
      • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
