About the Technical Account Manager Position

We are seeking to hire our first Technical Account Manager to join the Stairwell team. This person will serve as the main technical point of contact to our customers. We are seeking someone who enjoys leveraging innovative security solutions, and providing a great experience to our customers. To be successful in the role, the ideal person will need to be a self starter and possesses excellent technical problem solving skills.

Technical Account Manager Responsibilities

  • Serve as primary technical contact and augment our customer support teams
  • Onboard new customers to the Stairwell platform
  • Create knowledge base content to capture new learning for reuse throughout the company and user base
  • Drive support cases to ensure issues are being resolved in a timely manner
  • Participate in technical communications within the team to share best practices and learn about new technologies and complimentary security applications
  • Map identified customer business requirements to workable solution architectures

Technical Account Manager Qualifications

  • Stairwell doesn't believe a college degree is a requirement for any role. We embrace all people, who are able to perform at the highest levels of their field, regardless of how they obtained their education.
  • 3+ years of experience in sales engineering at Security or SAAS companies
  • Broad product and solution knowledge of market trends in the cybersecurity industry
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to quickly establish technical credibility with customers
  • Knowledge of enterprise web technologies, security and cutting-edge infrastructures
